Most orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 to the US.

DUTIES AND TAXES
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
Nana's Creative Studio does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of United States), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to United States, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Nana's Creative Studio.
Free local delivery is available for orders within 25 miles. For orders over 25 miles we charge a flat fee based on distance for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9 am - 6 pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
